Phillip has over 13 years experience in the 3rd sector, strategically building partnerships and managing collaborative projects with charities, business, local and national government as well as universities and international funders, contributing to policy shaping research .
In 2010 Phillip set up one of the first male safe houses in the UK for survivors of labour exploitation and modern slavery. He went on to establish multiple supported accommodation units for men, women and families.
Simultaneously, he developed the award winning, nationalĀ Bright FutureĀ back to work pathway for survivors of modern slavery in partnership with major UK companies.
