I am very inquisitive on why things are a certain way. I want to experience personal growth, improvement and move forward in my career. As a developer, I like to grow my expertise and working at FiftyEight helps me achieve all that. I am able to use new technologies, meet new people, discuss ideas. I do like knowing that I am helping someone who may not know they need help or guidance until they enter certain areas of work or new chapters of their lives. We get feedback from users and all our partners on what we should improve and that keeps me going, because it’s not like creating software that is not yet in production where you do not know if it’s good or not.
